Despite its successful transformation the main house is not a very large home, and with beautiful beaches of the Central Coast just a few hundred meters away, it makes perfect sense to increase the number of family and friends we can host there at once. Adding a granny-flat has always been a logical development.
The overall size of the block of land is about 650 m2 and fortunately the main house was built off-centre on it, which leaves the back yard large enough to add a 'granny flat' on it. A great element of this block is that it has access to two streets, which gives the Guest House its own driveway and private access. Fantastic right?
